Poster Location Numbers

Each poster in each day’s poster session has been allocated an individual number. This number can be found on the lists we have prepared for each day (below). Please find the number of your poster in the relevant list and make sure you mount it on the poster panel with the same number.

Online poster presenters who have ordered the poster printing service in the registration system will have their posters mounted at the correct possition by the EasyConferences staff members.

Online poster for which the poster printing service has not been ordered will have a sticker mounted instead of the actual poster. the sticker will contain the submission information and a QR code leading to the submissions entry in on the conference platform.

Please mount your poster before the start of the first session at the begining of each day. Also, collect your poster at the end of your poster session. Posters which remain mounted at the end of each day will be sent for recycling.
